Once your package has shipped, you can track it using the tracking number we provide within your email.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at care@jandehair.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages and within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If it’s still missing, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to assist you in navigating the next steps.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@jandehair.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will review the case and work with you on a resolution.
